What we actually do

We rent portable restrooms and keep them serviced. That covers a single standard unit on a driveway during a kitchen remodel, twenty units and a bank of handwash stations for a race weekend, and everything between. The equipment is ours, the trucks are ours, and the people who deliver are the same people who come back to service and collect.

That last part matters more than it sounds. When the driver who set your unit is the one returning on Thursday, nobody has to re-explain the gate code, the soft ground by the trailer, or the fact that the unit needs to sit behind the fence and not in front of it.

Why customers stay

Portable restrooms are a commodity right up until something goes wrong. The complaints that end a rental relationship are almost never about the unit itself — they are about a delivery that landed a day late, a service visit that quietly got skipped, or an invoice with a line on it nobody mentioned when the price was quoted.

So the operation is built around those three failure points. Delivery windows get confirmed before a truck loads. Weekly service is part of the rental rather than an add-on, and it is logged. The number you get on the phone includes delivery, service and collection, and it is the number on the invoice.

The standard a unit has to meet

Every unit is checked before it leaves the yard and again at every service visit: tank pumped dry and recharged with deodorizer, walls and floor washed rather than wiped, consumables restocked to full, latch and vent and occupancy indicator tested, exterior rinsed. Anything cracked, faded or permanently stained comes out of the fleet instead of going out to a customer who will be embarrassed by it.

Straight answers on the phone

If you describe a hundred-guest wedding, you will be told how many units that realistically needs and whether a trailer is worth the money for your venue — including when it isn't. Selling somebody four units when they need two buys one invoice and loses every job after it.
