Six unit types, one service standard. Every rental below includes delivery, weekly service and collection — the differences are in capacity, comfort and what the site can physically take.

The unit most jobs actually need. Self-contained, ventilated, lockable, with an occupancy indicator so nobody has to knock. It handles a backyard party and a twelve-month build equally well, and it is the cheapest way to keep people out of a house or an office that isn't ready for them.
Placement is the only real constraint: firm, reasonably level ground the truck can get within about ten feet of.
| Best for | Job sites, parties, renovations, overflow |
|---|---|
| Capacity | Roughly 1 unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week |
| Service | Weekly pump, wash, restock and deodorize |
| Rates | Daily, weekly and monthly |

Same unit, set up for a working site: positioned where the crew is rather than where the truck found it convenient, anchored against wind on open ground, and relocated as the build moves from foundation to framing to finish.
Long placements run on monthly billing, and service frequency scales with crew size instead of sitting on a default weekly visit that stops coping in month three.
| Best for | Residential builds, commercial sites, road work |
|---|---|
| Placement | Anchored on open ground; relocated on request |
| Service | Weekly as standard, twice weekly on large crews |
| Billing | Monthly for long-running sites |

A ground-level unit with a wide door, interior turning space and grab bars. Any event open to the public should have at least one, and the count rises with total headcount — not as a box-ticking exercise, but because one accessible unit on a site of two thousand people is a queue nobody can use.
These need firm, level ground and a clear approach path. We check both on delivery rather than leaving it to the person unloading chairs.
| Best for | Public events, municipal sites, mixed-access venues |
|---|---|
| Access | Ground-level entry, wide door, grab bars |
| Placement | Firm level ground with a clear approach |

Structurally the standard unit, held to a stricter presentation standard because guests will see it. Fresh interior, clean exterior, delivered the day before or the morning of, and sited away from the food line and the photographs.
For anything with a bar, plan on more units than the guest count suggests: drinking crowds use restrooms roughly twice as often as dry ones.
| Best for | Parties, corporate events, markets, race days |
|---|---|
| Capacity | About 1 unit per 50 guests over four hours |
| Delivery | Day before or morning of the event |
| Collection | Next business day |

Separate men's and women's entries, flushing fixtures, running-water sinks, interior lighting and climate control. This is what makes an outdoor wedding at a venue with no plumbing feel like an indoor one, and it is the single biggest upgrade available on this list.
It needs a level spot the towing vehicle can reach and access to power. Trailers are the first thing to run out in summer — book several weeks ahead if your date is a Saturday.
| Best for | Weddings, receptions, VIP areas, corporate hospitality |
|---|---|
| Fixtures | Flushing toilets, running-water sinks, lighting |
| Site needs | Level ground, tow access, power |
| Booking | Several weeks ahead in season |

A foot-pump basin with fresh water, soap and paper towels. It pairs with any unit and becomes close to mandatory the moment food is being served or a crew is handling materials they shouldn't take home on their hands.
Site it at the food line rather than beside the restrooms — people wash where they eat, not where they queue.
| Best for | Catering, festivals, food trucks, work crews |
|---|---|
| Supplies | Fresh water, soap and towels, refilled at each visit |
| Placement | At the food line, not with the restrooms |
| Pairs with | Any unit on this page |
