Call with the basics

Three things get you a firm price: the dates, the site address, and roughly how many people will use it. If it's an event, mention the hours and whether there's a bar. If it's a work site, crew size and expected duration.

You'll get a unit recommendation and a number that already includes delivery, weekly service and collection — not a rate that grows once the details land.

We lock the delivery window

You get a day and a time window, confirmed before anything is loaded. If your site has a gate code, an HOA rule, a venue load-in slot or a stretch of soft ground the truck shouldn't cross, this is the moment to say so.

Nothing about a rental goes wrong more often than a delivery that arrives when nobody expected it, so this step is deliberately not left casual.

Delivery and placement

The driver sets the unit exactly where you want it, checks that it's level, anchors it if the ground is open and windy, and stocks it before leaving. Roughly ten feet of clearance on firm ground is all the access we need.

If the spot you picked won't work — soft ground, a slope, a plow line, an approach that blocks a fire lane — the driver will say so on the day rather than leaving you to find out later.

Weekly service

Every visit is a full service, not a top-up: tank pumped dry and recharged with deodorizer, walls and floor washed, consumables restocked to full, latch, vent and occupancy indicator checked, exterior rinsed.

High-traffic sites and multi-day events move to twice weekly or daily. You don't have to request each visit — the schedule is set when you book.

Collection

One call and the unit is gone. Rentals stop when you say they stop; there is no automatic rollover month quietly running in the background, and no charge for the days after you told us you were finished.
